1. What methods of payment are accepted?
You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Carta Aura, Discover or Bank transfer.
2. I don’t have a credit card, can I still place an order?
Yes, if you want you can pay by cash directly upon currier delivery, choosing cash on delivery option.
3. Is it necessary to register on the website to make a purchase?
No, you can choose to register on Lycopene Store or not and proceed directly with the purchase. By registering on the website, however, you can take advantage of promotions and exclusive advantages.
4. Is my privacy guaranteed?

5. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Our products are usually delivered in 24/48 hours from order placement. However for International shipments this might take more depending on international currier.
6. Can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the link you’ll receive on your confirmation email, or on the website by clicking on “Orders and Returns” and accessing your personal area. Otherwise you can always contact us via phone, we will be happy to help.
7. I would like to cancel my order, what do I need to do?
