You can withdraw a purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the products.

In order to do so, within 14 (fourteen) days from receiving the products a registered mail with return receipt must be sent to Licofarma S.r.l, headquarter Via Lecce n.90/92 - 73013 Galatina (LE), Italy.
We also accept telegrams, still within the same terms, or an email to ordini@lycopenestore.com, upon condition this is confirmed within 48 hours by a registered mail with return receipt.

The communication must state the intention to withdraw the purchase, including the name of the interested product(s); a copy of the confirmation email, received upon purchase, must also be provided (or the invoice if requested).

After communicating the intention in writing, the client must send back at his/her own expenses the product, in the original package, to Licofarma S.r.l., headquarter Via Lecce n.90/92 - 73013 Galatina (LE), Italy.

We accept any return, as long as it is intact, in the original package and complete of all its parts.

After assessing the returned product integrity, LycopeneStore.com will proceed to the refund on the same card used for the original purchase and within 30 days from the communication of withdrawal; shipping costs are not subject to refund.
